For this assignment, I chose still life off a list of subjects given to me in class. I took pictures to satisfy the topic for the weekly assignment, then picked my best photo and edited it. Best Photo
Original (Unedited)Other Best PhotosWhat I LearnedIn this assignment, I learned that even if you're taking a photo of something immobile, you still have to make sure your shutter speed isn't too slow so you get crisp photos, not blurry photos. I learned more about using curves to edit all of the highlights and shadows at once and easily.

Great pictures. I would adjust your exposure triangle settings next time so then you can get higher quality photos. A 1/13 shutter speed is hard so great job working with it the pictures turned out amazing. Love it! ;D

I really like the depth of field in this photo with the stings, I think it enhances the main focus to be on the center of the ukulele. However, I might try different angles so you can see more of the subject, but I really like the one you chose.
